Liberty Draw Metropolitan District Nos. 1-9

Improvements or alterations on Lots within Liberty Draw Metro District are subject to review by the Architectural Review Board (ARB).

Please fill out the ARB Submittal Form to submit your plans. Please note the following when submitting your application:

• Read the entire application in full and ensure you have completed all requirements. Failure to do so may result in an additional fee.
• There is a $50 Review Fee, which can be paid online through the portal or by check.
• The ARB will respond to your application within 30 days following complete submission. 
• Approved improvements or alternations must be completed within 1 year following ARB approval.
